About Brad McMillin:
Brad McMillin PBD, an award-winning home designer, holds a degree in Architectural Engineering and later furthered his education by earning his Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Construction Management from the University of Memphis.
From 1991 until 1999, Brad worked under the tutelage of a local residential design firm.
In 1999, Brad founded Advanced Home Designs, LLC with his client’s needs foremost in his mind. He and his staff work with the client’s ideas and incorporated them into beautiful reality. Brad’s experience and awards earned a name for himself. Whether you’re building a new home or renovating a current one, Brad McMillin has the experience and knowledge to design the perfect home for you.

Brad McMillin will be considered the author of all the building design documents, and will retain and enjoy all copyrights to project materials.
The project materials are intended and contracted for a one-time use. The drawings and specifications will remain the exclusive property of Brad McMillin and any use, copying,or modifications will be considered a copyright infringement, unless additionalcompensation has been paid to Brad McMillin. Brad McMillin will have custody of the original tracings and documents.
At our discretion, Brad McMillin will use any photographs or renderings in the promotion of our services. Brad McMillin will permit the Client and builder to retain copies of the project drawings for future reference.
The copyright agreement stands whether the design is constructed or not.
